News: Duluth Councilor could ask for a fee to improve roads.

Duluth Council President Linda Krug is suggesting that the city implement a fee to improve Duluth roads. The fee would be any where from 5-8 dollars a month, or ruffly 96 dollars a year.  This fee would raise about 5 million dollars a year she says.  This fee would work on improving our Duluth streets.  The fee would go up for  business and those that rent property.

This issue would could be in front of the council with in two weeks.
